1) The front yard light is located near the pool, while the back yard light is by the pump house at the rear.

2) Switches other than the front yard light and underwater lights are strictly not to be touched.

3) All dry cooking ingredients inside the house are free for all guests to use.

4) Please ensure that all cooking equipment that has been used is washed and properly stored.

5) If you wish to pick any herbs such as turmeric leaves, curry leaves, etc., for cooking, you are welcome to do so.

6) The safety of children in the swimming pool is the responsibility of their parents. Teratak Mekar is not liable for any accidents or mishaps.

7) Children who are still wearing diapers must use 'swim diapers' when in the pool.

8) Please ensure that the front gate is always closed to prevent stray cats from entering.

9) Altering the positions of any furniture inside the house to prevent damage is not allowed.

10) It is strictly prohibited to enter the pump house (except for the front yard light switch) and access or tamper with the pool compartments. If any damage occurs, guests will be charged for the replacement cost of the damaged items.

11) Eating in the bedrooms and by the poolside is prohibited to avoid the presence of insects or pests.

12) Make sure all trash is disposed of in the outside garbage cans, especially disposable diapers and sanitary napkins, to prevent foul odours and maggots inside the house.

13) Pets are not allowed at all. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
